The focus will be on patterns\, emphasizing the correct application of the theory of power\, along with the practice of step sparring — essential elements of Taekwon-Do training. Master Hodson will also delve into the moral culture and etiquette of Taekwon-Do. \nThis official event requires participants to wear Full Do-Boks\, ensuring a unified and professional appearance. \nA 30-minute lunch break around midday provides students with an opportunity to rejuvenate before continuing with the seminar. Overall\, this seminar is tailored to the needs of students in their training journey\, covering both technical skills and the ethical principles of Taekwon-Do.

DESCRIPTION:You are invited to our squad session on Saturday 9th March at the Lingfield Prep School\, RH7 6PH\, 3.30pm to 6.30pm\, please book via the link invite.  The sessions are open to every student aged 9 year + who wishes to participate in extra training to develop their skills.  \nThese sessions are also good preparation for our NTA UK Interhouse Competition\, the next one being schedule for 12th May 2024.
