‘’My son started lessons with Fortitude when he was four years old, and was immediately in awe of his instructor, who he described as a ‘real life ninja’. The lessons were always fun and the instructor managed to keep the attention of all the little ones. He is still doing it now he is nearly 7 years old, and thoroughly enjoys it! Looking forward to his lesson every week. He is progressing well and is very focussed. The lessons are good for his concentration and fitness. He took part in his first competition last year, which he really enjoyed. Inspired by the instructors I even started adult classes earlier this year, which I enjoy and which have really improved my fitness. Fortitude is extremely well organised and all of the instructors we have met are fantastic with the children, making the children feel at ease and the lessons fun. I have been extremely impressed with Fortitude’s response to COVID-19 and the online lessons which were implemented promptly and professionally so that we could continue with our weekly lessons. This was particularly good for the children as it ensured they had some kind of normality and routine whilst they were not at school. A highlight of lockdown was when Master Hodson delivered my son’s new belt in person! I highly recommend Fortitude for both children and adults!’’
